At Swim Narberth, we are proud to have an accomplished team of dedicated and professional swimming instructors and lifeguards who are at the heart of everything we do.
All members of our team are fully qualified and accredited, including in all aspects of Health & Safety, and are supported by our Board of Trustees to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient operation of this vital community facility for Narberth and the surrounding areas.
Swim Narberth exists for the enjoyment, wellbeing, and benefit of the whole community. We are committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and varied swimming experience, and every effort is made to ensure that everyone feels welcome, supported, and able to participate.
Alice Brumby-Jones
Pool Manager - Swim Narberth CIO
Alice is our dedicated Pool Manager and operational lead, ensuring Swim Narberth is safe, welcoming, and professionally run. She oversees the day-to-day operation of the pool, supporting staff, managing programmes, and maintaining high standards across customer service, safeguarding, and health and safety.
Alice is a qualified swimming teacher, an RLSS Assessor and Trainer, and one of Swim Narberth’s Safeguarding Leads. She plays a key role in protecting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, ensuring safeguarding policies are implemented effectively and concerns are managed appropriately.
Known for her calm, approachable, and professional leadership style, Alice leads by example and fosters a positive, supportive working environment. She is passionate about Swim Narberth’s role as a community facility and is committed to ensuring it continues to thrive for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
