ONLINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To guarantee a booked space we must implement the following rule.

 

Bookings are by the hour only

(We, unfortunately, cannot set up ‘arrive part way through bookings’)

 

Anyone later than 15 mins after the start session time - Will have their place substituted for anyone who turns up unbooked.

 

Therefore, if you have booked for the 1.30pm time. Please arrive early to get in the pool around 1.30.

 

The latest time to arrive would be 1.45pm before your space is lost.

 

If you will be late arriving, please inform our staff via the phone.

 

This is the only way we can make it fair to all.

Ratios for Adults and Children:-

3yrs and under 1:1

4yrs-7yrs 2:1

8yrs and over unsupervised depending on swimming ability.
