To ensure fairness and to guarantee booked spaces for all users, the following terms and conditions apply to all online bookings at Swim Narberth:

 

 

Booking Times

 

• All bookings are by the hour only.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate part-hour or mid-session arrivals.

 

 

Arrival Times

 

• Customers must arrive on time for their booked session.

• Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after the session start time may have their space reallocated to another swimmer who arrives without a booking.

• For example, if you have booked a 1:30pm session, you should aim to arrive in good time to enter the pool at 1:30pm.

• The latest arrival time for this session would be 1:45pm, after which your space may be lost.

• If you expect to be late, please inform our staff by telephone as soon as possible.

 

These measures allow us to manage capacity fairly and safely for all users.

 

 

Supervision Ratios (Adults to Children)

 

• Under 4 years: 1 adult : 1 child

• 4–7 years: 1 adult : 2 children

• 8 years and over: May swim unsupervised, subject to swimming ability and at the discretion of pool staff.

 

 

Refunds & Cancellations

 

• Please note: From 1 January 2025, all bookings are non-refundable and charged at the point of booking.
