Service Description
Enjoy a fun, low-impact Aqua Fit session designed for adults, with your little one by your side. This class focuses on improving adult fitness and wellbeing through gentle, water-based exercises, while keeping the session engaging and enjoyable for your child. Baby seats are provided, and children must be under 2 years old to attend. Class time is 12:30pm, but we request you arrive by 12:15pm to allow time to enter the pool and settle in comfortably.

Please Note: All bookings are non-refundable, so book carefully! Refunds will only be given if we have to cancel the session or if extenuating circumstances are provided for reasons. We will allow clients to reschedule their paid booking up to 24 hours before the start event time.
