Service Description

Aqua Circuits will use a variety of circuit-based exercises, participants move through different stations and activities, benefiting from the natural resistance of the water while reducing impact on the joints. This class is ideal for anyone looking to challenge themselves in a fun and supportive environment. Part of the session takes place in the deep end, so participants must be comfortable in 1.5m-deep water and happy performing exercises where their feet leave the pool floor.
