Service Description

Please note that we operate on an admission policy:- - One child 0-3 years to one responsible adult; - Two children 4-7 years to one responsible adult; - Children aged 8 years and over can use the pool on their own, but a parent/guardian must stay on the premises for anyone under the age of 12 years.

Cancellation Policy

Please Note: All bookings are non-refundable, so book carefully! Refunds will only be given if we have to cancel the session or if extenuating circumstances are provided for reasons. We will allow clients to reschedule their paid booking up to 24 hours before the start event time.
